Facilities Agreement
Whether our clients add a facilities agreement to an existing contract, or they have it as a standalone agreement, we recommend it for all businesses. It’s important because it ensures compliance with the basic legal requirements for operation, as set out by fire and food hygiene standards.

Our full-time agreement is intended to provide regular provision of agreed services and to deliver immediate response to breakdowns/damage for high profile, high volume sites. Our engineers are on site 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
We currently provide agreements for:

If our clients don't have the maintenance requirements of a larger business, we can allocate a set number of hours per week or month to their site. Our engineers will visit at agreed times to tackle anything that may have come up since the last visit.
We’re mainly focused on preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical and building fabric, but our engineers have a wide skill set that enables them to deal with anything outside these specific areas. We also have a large number of sub-contracted, specialty engineers that we can draw on for specific requirements. |
